Thermomix - Creamy Cauliflower & Bacon Soup

Creamy Cauliflower & Bacon Soup-
(recipe is created fot thermomix TM 31)
Ingredients (4 portions):
-1 onion, halved
-3-5 bacon rashers, roughly chopped
-Half cauliflower, roughly chopped
-3 mushrooms
-1-2 level tsp vegetable stock concentrate.
-Water
-100g cream
Preparation:
- chop onion 3 sec's speed 6. Scrape down sides
- add oil and bacon ans saute 3 min, veroma, speed 1
- add cauliflower & mushrooms and chop 5 sec's speed 6. Scrap down sides
- add stock and enough water to cover contents and cook 20min 100 degrees, speed 1
- blend for 1 min gradually increasing from speed 1-9
- add cream and mix 5sec speed 6.
SERVE.
