INGREDIENTS


750G FRESH SQUID, CLEAN AND CHOP TUBES INTO 5 - 10CM STIPS

2 RED BULLET CHILLIS, FINELY CHOPPED

3 AVOCADOS, CHOPPED

BUNCH OF CORIANDER, ROUGHLY TORN

3 GARLIC CLOVES, CRUSHED

3 LIMES

1 BOWEN MANGO, CHOPPED INTO SMALL PIECES

1 RED ONION, CHOPPED

2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL

350G OF BLACK BEANS. WASHED AND DRAINED

SEA SALT

METHOD

PUT IN A BOWL, THE ZEST OF THE LIMES (NOT THE JUICE), 2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND THE SQUID. MARINATE FOR A MINIMUM 20 MINUTES

COMBINE THE RED ONION, CHILLIS, MANGO, AND BLACK BEANS, AVOCADO, PINCH OF SEA SALT IN A SEPERATE BOWL, TOSS

HEAT UP A BBQ, COOK FOR 1 - 3 MINS MAX

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL AND CORIANDER AND TOSS

SERVE WITH A SQUEEZE OF ONE LIME AND SERVE WITH LIME WEDGES
